After the worries I described yesterday regarding my scanner, or at least my scanning workflow, and the poor results it was delivering, I dug out a couple of old negatives from my Bronica that I knew were sharp and tried again.
This picture of my wife was scanned at 2400dpi, twice my usual 1200, but otherwise with my usual process and it came out just fine. This seems to indicate that either the EOS5 that I shot yesterday’s stuff on, or the film I was using are not so good.
One thing about shooting so much film for this project is that we get to know our equipment and processes a whole lot better…
