Today was one of those days. The sunrise and sunset coincided with my rides to and from work. It was cold, clear and beautifully colourful.
I wish I’d had a ‘proper’ camera with me (and some time to do the scene some justice) to snap the dawn mist over Cossington Lock and the River Soar.
I take this picture every year, and every year risk standing on the same icy picnic table just to get this shot.
And after a day in the office, the ride home offered this as I passed Groby Pool…
